How bulk Ethernet cable orders are dispatched, packaged, and delivered by ULTRAETHER CABLE PVT. LTD.

1. Overview

ULTRAETHER CABLE PVT. LTD. supplies Ethernet cables to businesses, dealers, contractors, and project teams across India. Delivery is arranged on a per-order basis and the logistics method, timeline, and cost are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are not automatically processed upon enquiry. Processing begins only after:

  • The quotation has been accepted by the buyer
  • Advance payment or purchase confirmation has been received

Processing time depends on the quantity ordered, current stock availability, and any custom specifications required. Typical processing times range from 2 to 15 business days, and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Methods

We supply via the following delivery methods based on order size and buyer location:

  • Self-pickup: Buyers may collect directly from our Karol Bagh, Delhi location during business hours
  • Transport arrangement by buyer: For large orders, buyers may arrange their own transport or logistics partner
  • Third-party courier / freight: For orders being shipped outside Delhi, we dispatch via courier or freight service as mutually agreed. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be included in or alongside the quotation

4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are not fixed and depend on:

  • Order quantity and production status
  • Delivery location (in-city, same-state, cross-state)
  • Logistics partner availability
  • Seasonal factors and public holidays

An estimated delivery timeline will be provided at the time of confirming the order. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless explicitly stated in the quotation.

5. Packaging

Cables are typically supplied on reels or in cut lengths wrapped and secured for transport, based on standard industry packaging. Custom packaging, labelling, or reel size requirements can be discussed and may attract additional charges.

6. Delivery to Outside Delhi

We supply to buyers across India. For deliveries outside Delhi NCR:

  • Freight charges are quoted separately or included in the total order value as agreed
  • Goods are dispatch-ready once production and quality checks are completed
  • Tracking information, if available from the courier/freight partner, will be shared via WhatsApp
  • Risk of damage in transit is transferred to the buyer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in the quotation

7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Inspect goods upon receipt. In case of:

  • Visible transit damage: Raise the issue with the courier at the time of delivery and inform us within 24 hours via WhatsApp with photographs
  • Incorrect quantity or product: Inform us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence

We will review and arrange replacement or credit as applicable based on our investigation.

8. Force Majeure

ULTRAETHER CABLE PVT. LTD. is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or raw material shortages. In such cases, we will communicate the delay and revised timeline as soon as possible.
