Certifications & Documentation: We do NOT claim certifications beyond what we can verify with actual documentation. Certification availability varies by product batch. If you require specific test reports or compliance documents before ordering, contact us via WhatsApp. We will share documentation for your review or we will not claim that certification.

Our Quality Approach

Quality in cable manufacturing starts with material selection, continues through controlled production, and ends with verification before dispatch.

Material Selection

We source copper conductors and jacket materials to meet the basic requirements of the respective cable category (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A). Material choices affect signal integrity and durability.

Controlled Production

Production runs are category-specific. Cat6 and Cat6A cables use specific pair twist rates to reduce crosstalk, in line with their standard requirements.

Batch Verification

Completed batches undergo basic continuity checks and visual inspection before packaging. Detailed verification records are available for bulk order buyers on request.

What We Check Per Batch

The following checks are carried out on each production batch before the cables are packaged and prepared for dispatch.

Conductor continuity — All 8 conductors tested for end-to-end continuity
Wiring map check — Pair mapping verified against standard T568A/T568B wiring
Visual jacket inspection — Jacket surface checked for visible defects, cuts, or inconsistencies
Reel length verification — Packed length confirmed against ordered length
Shielding check (SFTP/SSTP) — Shielded variants checked for foil/braid continuity

What We Do Not Claim

In the interest of complete transparency, we clearly state what we do not claim:

We do not claim any certification without being able to provide the relevant documentation.
We do not claim laboratory-tested performance figures beyond the published standards for each cable category.
We do not use terms like "highest quality" or "best in India" — they are unverifiable marketing language.
We do not guarantee performance in specific installation environments, as real-world performance depends on installation quality and network conditions.
