How We Manufacture

ULTRAETHER CABLE PVT. LTD. operates an in-house production setup for order-based Ethernet cable manufacturing. We do not sub-contract production to third parties. Our manufacturing is quantity-oriented and focused on bulk commercial supply, not mass industrial-scale.

We produce Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A cables. Each production batch goes through assembly, pairing, jacketing, quality verification, and packaging before dispatch.

We do not claim to be the largest manufacturer in India. We are a focused, reliable operation that specializes in consistent bulk supply to B2B buyers — dealers, installers, contractors, and distributors.

Production Stages

Our manufacturing follows a defined sequence from raw material to finished packaged product ready for dispatch.

Ethernet cable production line and equipment

1. Raw Materials

Copper conductors, insulation material, pair separators where applicable, and PVC jacket material are sourced before each production run.

2. Conductor & Pair Assembly

Conductors are insulated and twisted into pairs. The twist rates vary per category — tighter twists provide better crosstalk reduction in Cat6 and Cat6A.

3. Jacketing

The four pairs are assembled within a PVC outer jacket. For shielded variants (SFTP/SSTP), foil or braided shielding is applied before jacketing.

4. Quality Checks

Basic checks are conducted per batch — including conductor continuity and visual inspection. Detailed testing records available on request for bulk orders.

5. Packaging

Finished cables are wound onto reels or boxes as per the order specification and labelled with product category, length, and batch details.

6. Dispatch

Packaged orders are dispatched via agreed logistics. Delivery timelines are confirmed at order placement based on quantity and destination.
